Ранее министр здравоохранения Фахреттин Коджа заявил, что не министерство, а врачи выписывают медицинские заключения о смерти.
«Почему тогда к врачам приходят сообщения на электронную почту с распоряжением министерства изменить данные пациента с негативными анализами после тестирования по методу ПЦР, который внесен в реестр COVID-19? Если я поделюсь этим электронным письмом министерства, вы снова обвините нас?
